Skeena River Wilderness Adventure Cruise Tour


This tour has been adapted especially for cruise ship passengers.

Walk amongst centuries-old cedar trees, ride a jet boat on a backcountry river, indulge in local fire-roasted salmon - there is so much to enjoy!
Boarding your coach at the Prince Rupert Cruise ship dock, join us for a narrated 55-minute scenic coach ride through the awe inspiring Coast Mountains and the valley of the mighty Skeena River. Your arrival at the riverside campsite and jetboat base will give you the first glimpse of the towering rock wall, historically referred to by the paddlewheelers as "Hole in the Wall".

Wilderness Viewing

Keep your eyes open and cameras ready - mountain goats, eagles, moose, bears and wolves inhabit this pristine Canadian wilderness. The wildlife is plentiful in the area, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Riverside Barbeque

In the pristine Skeena River Valley, a local First Nations chef will serve delicious wild Sockeye salmon prepared over an open fire, along with salads, dessert, juice, and coffee. Dine and relax by the shore before your return down the river valley to Prince Rupert and back to your ship.
